Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be made in USD (International) and MYR (Malaysia). The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money. Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender’s Side.

 

3. The calculation of registration fee is according to the piece of manuscript submitted by the author. For instance, if you only have one paper to submit, you will have to pay RM 580.00. However, if you would like to submit three research papers, you will have to pay

USD 180 x 3 = USD 540.00 (international) or
RM   580 x 3 = RM 1740.00 (local)
RM   350 x 3 = RM 1050.00 (committee members)

4. If the manuscript is prepared by more than one authors, and all authors intend to attend the conference, they will have to pay the registration fee. For instance, if there are 3 authors in one paper, and all 3 would like to register, then the total registration fee would be 

USD 180 x 3 =USD 540.00 (international) or
RM   580 x 3 = RM 1740.00 (local)
RM   350 x 3 = RM 1050.00 (committee members)

 

5. The receipt of registration fee will be issued at the registration desk   with your  conference materials. If the registered author is unable to attend, please email the secretariat.  Kindly note that no refunds will be issued; however, a replacement of delegate is permitted.
